Priyanka Chopra suffered a concussion while filming her ABC series Quantico on Thursday.
"There was a minor incident on the N.Y. set of Quantico last night," an ABC spokesperson confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter Friday.
Her rep confirmed she was "immediately taken to the hospital, examined by a doctor and released." Adding, "She is resting comfortably at home on doctors orders, and will return to work after the weekend."
Chopra suffered the concussion while performing a stunt, according to a source. Production for the show remains on schedule, a second source confirmed to THR.
Chopra was notably absent from a Friday press event in New York City with showrunner Joshua Safran and the main ensemble cast, including Johanna Braddy, Blair Underwood, Jake McLaughlin, Russell Tovey and Yasmine Al Massri.Read More...
